Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive analytics frameworks to monitor advertising effectiveness and customer behavior.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with wholesale trade and grocery industry trends.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and marketing professionals to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders to influence decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or marketing roles within the wholesale trade or grocery industry.
Proven expertise in analyzing advertising trends and customer behavior analytics.
Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Analytics, or a related discipline.
Experience working in large-scale grocery retail or wholesale organizations.
Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and platforms such as Power BI.
Demonstrated success in driving growth through integrated marketing and analytics strategies.
Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies relevant to wholesale trade.
