Responsibilities

Athlete Partnership Support
Support day-to-day athlete servicing, onboarding, product fulfillment, and communication.
Support athlete visits, race-week activities, product launches, content opportunities, and other athlete experiences.
Assist with research, administration, budget documentation, planning and processing.
Product Fulfillment, Order Entry & Inventory
Enter and monitor footwear and apparel orders for athletes, campaigns, events, and internal needs.
Prepare, ship, and track domestic and international product shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory records, product allocations, and delivery confirmations.
Keep product storage areas organized and prepare product for seeding, events, launches, and other initiatives.
Events & Marketing Coordination

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1-2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail experience.
Excellent knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) with the ability to learn additional/proprietary software/programs.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
Bachelor of Arts degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field preferable or equivalent experience.
Genuine interest in sports and fitness.

Preferred

Experience with Canva, project-management platforms, CRM systems, social media tools, or athlete-management tools is a plus.
