Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and event attendees with confidence and enthusiasm
• Educate customers on our products, promotions, and services
• Qualify prospects and schedule free in-home consultations for our Sales Team
• Hit daily/weekly lead goals and maintain a high pitch rate
• Set up and maintain attractive, professional event/retail displays
• Work closely with your manager and team to celebrate wins and improve performance

Requirements

• Outgoing, positive personality—comfortable talking to anyone
• Strong verbal communication and people skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Able to learn product info and scripts quickly
• Comfortable working in retail stores, busy events, and outdoor environments
• Weekend/evening availability required
• Basic mobile/tablet skills + a working smartphone
• Must have an active driver's license and pass a MVR report
