Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive organic brand content strategy across owned channels that strengthens brand visibility, audience engagement, search discoverability, and AI-driven answer engine presence
Lead end-to-end content planning, creation, and execution across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and future platform
Ensure all content reflects a consistent brand voice and aligns with enterprise messaging and communication standards
Identify content opportunities that strengthen brand awareness, reputation, and audience engagement
Manage community engagement; properly escalate/communicate business affecting information. Interact with and reshare social media posts and videos from Lafayette Federal Credit Union’s partners, vendors, and staff as appropriate
Monitor audience sentiment, engagement trends, and industry conversations to identify content opportunities
Manage the enterprise editorial calendar and content workflow process
Coordinate content development with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
Create and oversee content production projects, including photography, video, and external creative partnerships
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital content marketing, content strategy, organic social media, or brand communications
Demonstrated experience creating social media content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production
Proficiency with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar platforms
Experience producing, editing, and optimizing short-form video content for digital and social channels
Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging graphics, presentations, and multimedia content that align with brand standards
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field

Preferred

Experience in financial services or other regulated industries a plus
