Job Description

Responsibilities

B2B Funnel Reporting
- Own the B2B pipeline funnel reporting process, tracking performance from MQL through SQL, Opportunity, and Customer.
- Monitor funnel conversion rates, velocity metrics, and stage-to-stage drop-off trends.
- Produce recurring pipeline performance reporting for executive leadership and business unit stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing Operations to align lead qualification and routing methodologies.
- Reconcile B2B enrollment activity with revenue and financial reporting.
B2C Funnel & Enrollment Reporting
- Own B2C enrollment funnel reporting across all Career Certified brands.
- Analyze conversion performance from site visit through enrollment and purchase.
- Track enrollment conversion rates by brand, channel, product, and source.

Requirements

Minimum Educational Req: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Years of Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Marketing Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Growth Analytics, or a related field.
Required Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar BI platform
Salesforce CRM
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

SQL and data querying experience
Paid media reporting platforms
Affiliate marketing analytics platforms
Email marketing and lifecycle marketing analytics tools
Marketing attribution and customer journey reporting experience
