Own the U.S. digital commerce and specification programs, driving Shopify, CET and integrated marketing across premium Italian brands.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Shopify
Own the U.S. commercial performance and day-to-day management of the Shopify e-commerce environment.
Manage product merchandising, collections, navigation, search, product content and digital presentation.
Ensure new products, collections, pricing, imagery and product information are launched accurately and on time.
Partner closely with the Italian digital/technology team on Shopify development, functionality, integrations and enhancements.
Translate U.S. business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
Test new functionality and proactively identify and resolve issues affecting the customer experience.
Monitor e-commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, average order value, customer acquisition and product performance.
Continuously improve the digital customer journey and conversion experience.
Digital Marketing

Requirements

5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, digital product management or a related field.
Strong hands-on Shopify experience; Shopify Plus experience preferred.
Experience managing digital product catalogs and product information.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, SEO, CRM and paid media.
Experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and digital performance reporting.
Experience working with CAD, product specification or contract furniture platforms; CET experience strongly preferred.
Strong project-management and cross-functional communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility appropriate to luxury brands.
Ability to work effectively with international teams and across time zones.

Preferred

Experience in luxury, furniture, architecture, interior design, fashion or premium consumer goods.
Experience working with A&D firms, contract furniture dealers or hospitality/multifamily markets.
Experience with CET Designer.
Experience with Klaviyo or comparable CRM/email platforms.
Experience with PIM, DAM or product-information systems.
Experience with AI tools, automation and AI-agent development.
Familiarity with CAD, Revit, 3D models and digital specification workflows.
