Job Description

Responsibilities

Own demand generation strategy end to end, building and evolving the account-based and buying-signal programs that turn intent into qualified pipeline, in partnership with Marketing and RevOps leadership.
Build and maintain the account coverage plan across our automotive and animal services universe, deciding which accounts get which depth of treatment, on what cadence, and through which channels.
Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, measuring performance and ROI and using data and sales feedback to sharpen what runs next.
Partner with Sales and Partnerships on named-account handoff, lead scoring, and SLAs, and evolve the lead scoring model and nurture workflows to keep the funnel moving with quality leads.
Own demand generation reporting and analytics, defining what the dashboards need to answer and translating the data into a regular, decision-ready read-out for stakeholders.
Maintain persona maps and the messaging and channel strategy behind them, and manage the demand generation budget against ROI goals.
Evaluate content performance with the Content Manager and run promotional campaigns end to end, from planning through approval and results.
Track industry and competitive trends alongside Product Marketing to keep the demand generation strategy sharp and ahead of the market.

Requirements

6+ years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing management roles.
Experience building or scaling intent-driven and account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including account tiering, signal-based prioritization, and cross-functional launch with Sales and RevOps.
2+ years of hands-on experience running a signal- or intent-triggered program, with direct work alongside Sales on named-account sequencing.
Track record building demand generation plans and full-funnel campaigns end to end, including conversion rate optimization, media budget ownership, and reporting.
4+ years of SaaS experience.
Comes from a lean marketing organization (under 10 people total) and is comfortable as both the demand generation lead and a hands-on contributor, not a manager of a large team.
About: Preferred: payments or vertical B2B SaaS experience, with automotive or veterinary industry experience a plus; a degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
