Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the growth journey from cold outreach and practice visits through activation and sign-up.
Travel one to two weeks per month to meet physicians, advanced practice providers, and office managers in launch markets and at conferences.
Test approaches for identifying and converting small and mid-size practices.
Build clinician engagement through online communities, events, conference sponsorships, and other outreach.
Run experiments across field outreach, paid advertising, events, and sponsorships to grow the top of the funnel.
Share field learnings with the product team to improve the clinician experience and inform product priorities.

Requirements

Four to eight years of experience in growth, provider partnerships, or go-to-market roles.
Hands-on experience building growth from zero to one for a healthcare product, including activating clinicians or small to mid-size practices.
Experience at an early-stage startup and comfort figuring things out with a small team.
Healthcare or clinician-facing experience, with a background beyond enterprise sales, implementation, or account management alone.
Willingness to travel 40% to 50% of the time.
Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot, product analytics, marketing automation, Google Suite, and Slack.
A collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
