Responsibilities

• Own the growth journey from cold outreach and practice visits through activation and sign-up.
• Travel one to two weeks per month to meet physicians, advanced practice providers, and office managers in launch markets and at conferences.
• Test approaches for identifying and converting small and mid-size practices.
• Build clinician engagement through online communities, events, conference sponsorships, and other outreach.
• Run experiments across field outreach, paid advertising, events, and sponsorships to grow the top of the funnel.
• Share field learnings with the product team to improve the clinician experience and inform product priorities.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of experience in growth, provider partnerships, or go-to-market roles.
• Hands-on experience building growth from zero to one for a healthcare product, including activating clinicians or small to mid-size practices.
• Experience at an early-stage startup and comfort figuring things out with a small team.
• Healthcare or clinician-facing experience, with a background beyond enterprise sales, implementation, or account management alone.
• Willingness to travel 40% to 50% of the time.
• Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot, product analytics, marketing automation, Google Suite, and Slack.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
