Translate complex business challenges into clear creative opportunities.
Build brand positioning, messaging frameworks, campaign platforms, and long-term marketing roadmaps.
Identify emerging cultural trends and consumer behaviors that create competitive advantage.
Guide annual planning, innovation initiatives, and integrated marketing strategies.
Serve as executive strategic lead for key client relationships.
Build trusted partnerships with senior marketing leadership.
Lead executive presentations, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
Influence client decisions through thoughtful insights and compelling storytelling.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business expansion.

Requirements

12+ years in brand strategy, integrated marketing, or creative agency leadership.
Experience leading Fortune 500 or global consumer brands.
Deep understanding of social-first marketing and digital ecosystems.
Strong background in integrated campaigns spanning paid, owned, earned, experiential, and influencer.
Proven success leading executive-level client relationships.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced agency environments.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Think s like a strategist and inspires like a creative.
Understands both culture and commerce.

Preferred

Experience with technology, CPG, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Background in social-first agencies.
Experience with creator marketing and influencer ecosystems.
