Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze business objectives, customer needs and market opportunities to develop and align integrated marketing strategies.
Lead go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for strategic mining offerings, such as Job Site Solutions and new product introductions (NPIs).
Conduct market, customer and competitive research to identify growth opportunities, customer challenges and industry trends.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference, adoption and business growth across products, technology and services.
Partner with product groups, commercial teams, dealers and enterprise stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, launch readiness and successful market activation.
Measure campaign effectiveness, product launch success and business impact, recommending optimization opportunities as needed.
Maintain effective cross-functional communications to align marketing priorities with evolving organizational objectives, portfolio strategies and customer needs.
Support commercialization efforts by developing customer-focused value propositions, messaging frameworks and content strategies that communicate business outcomes and customer value.
Manage agency, supplier and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives and efficient use of marketing resources.

Requirements

Apply customer and market insights to optimize communication effectiveness and go-to-market execution.
Guide teams in the development of marketing campaigns, communication plans, and launch strategies.

Apply customer insights to develop solutions, services, and marketing strategies that drive business value.
Build strong customer relationships through open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Anticipate customer needs and implement solutions that enhance satisfaction and exceed expectations.
Promote a customer-focused culture across business decisions and commercialization efforts.

Preferred

Experience developing integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies.
Strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and commercialization.
Knowledge of Caterpillar mining products, services, technologies, and dealer network operations.
Ability to leverage customer and market insights to drive business growth.
