Job Description

Responsibilities

Franchise & Commercial Marketing Leadership
Lead development and execution of the global marketing strategy for Abbott's LAA Management franchise.
Drive sustainable growth by identifying opportunities to expand procedure adoption, increase market share, and accelerate revenue performance.
Serve as global LAA Management therapy and product expert, including market size, competitive dynamics, unmet customer needs, and product differentiation.
Own franchise performance by partnering with regional commercial teams to deliver against revenue, adoption, and market share objectives.
Operate with a general manager mindset, balancing short-term commercial performance with long-term franchise growth and portfolio development.
Global Launch Ownership – Amulet 360
Serve as Global Launch Owner with end‑to‑end launch accountability for launch strategy, readiness, execution, and post-launch performance.
Develop value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market plans.
Establish launch success metrics and drive continuous optimization, including minimization of global distressed inventory for existing product portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
5+ years’ experience in product marketing, product management, or upstream marketing.
Medical device experience required; cardiovascular or electrophysiology preferred.
Demonstrated track record of driving commercial performance, franchise growth, and successful product launches.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization.
Experience supporting global product launches.
Travel: Approximately 25–30%, including global
