Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the senior PR team on series campaigns, including building and managing talent itineraries, booking glam, coordinating travel, distributing and managing screener access, and compiling coverage reports
Coordinate logistics for talent appearances for press and promotional purposes, both domestically and globally
Support the execution of in-person and virtual press junkets and premiere events
Help track and maintain series budgets and campaign success metrics
Assist in developing written publicity materials
Keep current on trends, issues and news about both the business and consumer worlds of television and entertainment in general
Create new vendors and purchase orders; PO Troubleshooting

Requirements

1+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience in television or film industry; assisting at an agency, studio, streamer or network

Preferred

Knowledge of entertainment industry trends and players
Can show strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity
Willingness to work hard and deliver on challenging assignments, even when at times it is outside the scope of the role
Willingness/availability to travel and work extended hours, including weekends when necessary
Extremely detail-oriented; can prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, in a fast-paced, high-tech company
