Job Summary

Own and optimize multi-channel campaigns for clinical service lines by turning metrics into smarter execution and coordinating cross-COE collaboration for growth opportunities.

  • Own campaign delivery and day-to-day marketing enablement across service lines.
  • Lead internal and external communications aligned to service-line priorities and strategic planning.
  • Embed data from the Program Measurement team to improve campaigns and drive outcomes.

Job Description

Own and execute multi-channel marketing and communications for clinical service lines, aligning campaigns with service-line goals, surfacing growth opportunities, and collaborating across COEs to turn metrics into improved outcomes.

  • Responsibilities: Deliver the day-to-day execution of 360-degree marketing and communications campaigns, as part of the community of practice model
  • Responsibilities: Support service lines with internally and externally facing communications initiatives aligned with service line goals and priorities
  • Responsibilities: Identify mechanisms to incorporate findings from key metrics provided by the Program Measurement team to enhance current campaigns and optimize outcomes as needed
  • Responsibilities: Cultivate a deep understanding of the business goals and objectives of the clinical service areas of coverage; support the strategic planning process and critical department meetings as needed
  • Responsibilities: Assistant in identification and assessment of new opportunities for CMGCA-enabled service line growth, bringing recommendations to the Director for discussion
  • Responsibilities: Support the CMGCA Program Manager (Senior Manager) in their role as a key day-to-day partner to service line department heads, assisting in execution of marketing and communications strategies
  • Responsibilities: Play a vital role in triaging and executing requests from department heads, partnering with teams across all departmental COEs
  • Responsibilities: Facilitate feedback sessions with the internal team, CMGCA Program Manager (Senior Manager) and Relationship Lead (Director) affiliated with these service lines, as well as with external stakeholders
  • Responsibilities: Document and synthesize service line leaders feedback for the internal team to incorporate into service line strategies and campaigns
  • Responsibilities: Collaboration
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requirements: Adept at building rapport and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships
  • Requirements: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and apply data-driven insights
  • Requirements: Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis
  • Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Requirements: Detail-oriented individual with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Nice to have: 2 years of experience in communications or marketing
  • Nice to have: Experience working with clinical service lines
