Collaborates with other departments to ensure the successful rollout of key brand initiatives.
Takes a proactive approach in championing brand initiatives to all audiences, identifying and resolving issues, and ultimately driving franchisee adoption and compliance.
Serves as project management lead for brand product design updates and reimaging work, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain delivery timeline.
Keeps up on industry developments and market trends as it pertains to responsible brands.
Prepares and delivers professional and effective communications to convey brand strategy, brand initiatives, and brand performance to a variety of audiences.
Product Management - Maintains Suburban Studios and MainStay Suites design packages, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on routine updates while managing effective processes to collect and implement value engineering feedback.
Responsible for day-to-day coordination with architectural, FF&E, and interior design vendor partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ professional-level experience in brand management, management consulting, project management, or relevant field. Experience in the hotel industry, hospitality, or a franchise organization is preferred.
Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive for results.
Strong project management skills with a collaborative approach; ability to influence and negotiate in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present business cases in front of various audiences.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Ability to model Choice’s Values to Be Bold, Be Quick, Listen, Be Curious and Show Integrity.
