Job Summary

Own the zone marketing collaboration with DSMs and retailers, guiding program activation, budget management, and event delivery to drive Love Promise and Relationship/Owner programs.

  • Zone Activation and Retailer Engagement: drive enrollment, activation, and aligned marketing efforts with retailers.
  • Budgeting & Partnerships: manage RDF, SAF, and events while coordinating with regional and national teams.
  • Messaging, Merchandising, and Event Execution: ensure zone communications and in-store plans align with Subaru strategy and key partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Liaison & Programs: Serve as the communication bridge for Marketing initiatives, Sales, and Incentives programs between DSMs and zone retailers.
  • Retailer Engagement: Own enrollment and ongoing participation in Love Promise and Relationship/Owner programs, directing retailers on activation and marketing efforts.
  • Zone Marketing Guidance: Translate Marketing resources and zone intelligence to District Managers and support partners (Carmichael Lynch, Dealer.com, Shift Digital, Care Connect).
  • Budget & Incentives: Manage zone budgets for RDF incentives, media spend, promotions, and selling expenses, coordinating with regional and national programs.
  • Advertising Fund & Plans: Guide SAF usage and help retailers build Love Promise plans with promotional planning.
  • Messaging & Merchandising: Advise on retailer marketing messaging, channels, and POP merchandising aligned to Subaru strategy.
  • Event Activation: Plan, budget, staff, and execute zone marketing events and activations.
  • Partnership Execution: Collaborate with SOA Experiential Marketing, Motorsports Marketing, and Auto Show teams on initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment across zones, retailers, and marketing support teams through on-site guidance.
