Own YouTube packaging and optimization plus analytics to grow ACQ Media’s educational channel through AI-driven workflows.
- Packaging & Upload Optimization: shape titles, thumbnails, and metadata to lift CTR and long-term retention.
- Analytics Leadership: define measurement, run A/B tests, and surface decisions from data.
- New Feature Evaluation & Implementation: vet ideas, pilot AI tools, and scale proven concepts.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in YouTube channel management, growth, or optimization — ideally for a high-volume channel
- Deep understanding of YouTube's packaging ecosystem: thumbnails, titles, CTR mechanics, retention patterns, and algorithm behavior
- Strong analytical fundamentals — comfortable working with data and drawing decisions from it
- Demonstrated experience with A/B testing frameworks for YouTube content
- Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, reporting, or workflow automation — or a demonstrated drive to build with them
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with G-Suite
- Strong written communication — you'll be writing titles, descriptions, and internal reports regularly
- Ability to operate fully onsite in Las Vegas, NV
