Responsibilities

• Content Creation
• - Host 4-8 long-form YouTube videos per month
• - Develop engaging YouTube topics and storylines
• - Be comfortable on camera and acting as the face of the channel
• Production Collaboration
• - Work closely with the videographer/editor to: Structure the episodes / Ensure strong pacing and storytelling / Keep videos engaging for long watch times
• On-Site Filming
• - Be present in person in Los Angeles (2400 Marine Ave, Redondo Beach, CA 90278) for filming
• Channel Development
• - Bring ideas for YouTube series and formats
