Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive enrollment and brand awareness
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow our online community presence
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, youth sports networks, and community influencers.
- Plan and coordinate events, pop-ups, and promotional activities
- Develop marketing design materials inclusive of flyers, posters, postcards using Canva.
- Create content inclusive of videos, print materials, articles, blogs, emails, newsletters, informational sheets.
- Deploy e-mail marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with program staff to align marketing efforts with program schedules and offerings
- Maintain website up to date with most relevant content for our community
- Manage and monitor digital marketing efforts SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or a related field
- Strong social media skills across platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for youth sports, child development, or community engagement
- Experience with marketing and project tools (Salesforce, Canva, Microsoft 365)
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with the Queens communities
