Job Summary

Own and drive field brand activity by representing the YMCA professionally, building awareness of initiatives, engaging with the community, coordinating event setup and teardown, and ensuring timely communication of needs to the Team Lead across Thursday to Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

Represent the YMCA in a professional and positive manner
Help build awareness and excitement around the YMCA initiatives
Engage with community members to share information about the YMCA
Event setup and teardown
Prompt communication of needs and updates to Team Lead

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills
Results-oriented with attention to detail
Comfortable working Thursday to Sunday
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to all locations is required
Must be comfortable standing for duration of shift

Preferred

Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador is an asset
