Job Summary
Own an analytics-driven communications role that designs and measures email/SMS programs to boost engagement while turning campaign data into practical improvements for collections and loss reduction.
- Email/SMS Campaigns: Build targeted programs to improve customer engagement and activation.
- Analytics & Insights: Translate Adobe Analytics data into actions that optimize campaigns and inform stakeholders.
Job Description
- Developing and executing email/SMS campaigns to enhance customer engagement
- Leveraging Adobe Analytics to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data
- Creating customer communications that support our collection and loss reduction initiatives
- Participate and/or lead the completion of assigned short-term projects, as requested by manager
- Work with manager to develop, implement and complete a development plan, intended to identify educational opportunities in the organization aligned with interests
- Best fit for someone pursuing a degree in business analytics and/or marketing with leadership skills and unrestricted work authorization.
- Requires a current university student or recent graduate with a 3.0+ GPA and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
