The Job
REMOTE ASSIGNMENT BONUS: Bonus payments up to $2,000 in total compensation may be available for qualified employees from this recruitment.*
- According to the criteria in the Teamsters Memorandum of Understanding
- Interview, screen, and counsel customers regarding employment
- Enhance customers’ job search and interview skills
- Facilitate motivational and employment-related training workshops
- Refer individuals for vocational assessment and counseling
- Evaluate vocational interests, education, and experience for program placement
- Accurately complete time sensitive data entry and reports
- Form strong relationships with partners in order to better serve customers
- Market WIOA services to employers such as recruitment assistance, candidate pre-screening, and layoff aversion
- Assist in meeting employer hiring demands
- Attend business and community events to promote participation in the program

Minimum Requirements
Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with three (3) years of case management experience working with clients enrolled in employment programs, as well as excellent time management and public speaking skills.
Bilingual Skills: Applicants fluent in both Spanish and English are encouraged to apply. Employees who are assigned to bilingual positions receive additional compensation. Testing may be required in order to receive bilingual compensation.
