Swanson Signage & Co is an outdoor advertising company, we partner with homebuilders and developers to help drive traffic to new home communities on the weekends. We currently operate divisions in Florida, Indiana, and Colorado.

This opening is for a new home community in Royal Palm Beach, FL, where we are looking to hire two sign spinners to help direct traffic to a new development under construction.

Position Details

Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, typically 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4 hours each day)
Total Hours: 8 hours per weekend
Status: Ongoing weekend work until services are paused or cancelled
Pay: $20 per hour

Payment: Weekly via direct deposit (1099 independent contractor)

Expectations
We prioritize reliability, consistency, and good communication. If you are unable to work a scheduled shift, that’s okay, we just ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can arrange a replacement.

Sign spinners should:

• Arrive 10–15 minutes before the shift to pick up the arrow sign from the sales center/model home
• Wear appropriate attire
• Spin or display the sign in a visible and engaging way
• Remain within the assigned location
• Stay professional and respectful with the public
• Maintain high energy and remain visible to passing traffic
• Avoid distractions (phones, sitting, etc.)
• Follow safety guidelines

Spinners receive a 10-minute break at the end of each hour.

You must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday when scheduled.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
