Represent KidStrong as a weekend event brand ambassador, owning on-site presence, lead generation, and family engagement across Austin through setup, outreach, raffles, and professional representation.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned event sites across the greater Austin area
- Set up and break down our marketing table and activity as outlined for each event
- Engage warmly with families and children who stop by the table
- Encourage families to enter our raffle — your primary goal is to generate as many leads as possible per event
- Represent the KidStrong brand with energy and professionalism
Requirements
- Consistent, reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and stay active for extended periods
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in any weather or temperature
- An outgoing, confident, energetic, and welcoming personality
- Confidence speaking with both adults and children
