Job Description
Straight North is looking for an experienced Website Project Manager to join our team of talented project managers, web designers, developers and copywriters. The selected individual will manage all aspects of client communication for the creation of new websites and management of website support requests for our clients. You will also help guide project strategy, website architecture and assist with quality control. This is a flexible remote/office position in our Downers Grove, IL office requiring one day in the office per week.
Responsibilities
- Own all client communication and conduct/lead client and internal meetings.
- Work closely with clients and internal team members to coordinate and complete projects.
- Assist with project strategy, website architecture and assist with quality control.
- Obtain client deliverables, present completed work, coordinate/obtain client feedback and approvals.
- Consult with clients on best practices and help architect solutions for work requests.
- Manage project scope and hours for client change requests.
- Manage multiple client projects and schedules simultaneously.
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency experience managing website projects, website support changes, and client communication.
- Extensive knowledge of a web development lifecycle and common web technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Reliable, self-motivated professional with strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
- WordPress and/or web development experience a plus.
