Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Web Designer to join our creative team! Note: payment is $100 per website built. if you can knock out 5 in one day then you just got a $500 pay day!

Duties

• Design and develop engaging, responsive websites utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or React.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual UI/UX designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to visualize concepts and streamline user interactions.
• Implement motion graphics and animations with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to enhance user engagement.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize website accessibility, web accessibility standards, and overall user experience.
• Manage website content through content management systems like WordPress or Drupal, ensuring consistent branding and content updates.
• Collaborate with developers and marketers on SEO strategies and web analytics using Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to improve site performance.
• Maintain websites through regular updates, troubleshooting issues with web production tools such as Dreamweaver or SharePoint, and ensuring mobile responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital design, visual UI/UX design, and graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and Python for front-end and back-end integration.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Axure), prototyping software (Sketch), and version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of information architecture, layout design principles, typography for media, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive web design techniques for mobile devices and familiarity with frameworks like Angular or React.
• Data analysis skills using web analytics tools to interpret user behavior and improve website performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate client needs into innovative digital solutions.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating a range of successful web projects showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
