Job Summary

Own a focused web designer role that centers on using design to drive sales, with emphasis on pre-sales communication, lead conversion, and servicing existing customers, while learning daily from a digital marketing manager and handling front-end work, analytics updates, and client education.

Own web design decisions that prioritize sales and conversion paths for prospective and existing customers.
Collaborate with the digital marketing manager on daily tasks, analytics updates, and client communications to learn core marketing practices.
Manage front-end work, basic Photoshop, and client education on updating websites to support the pipeline and retention.

Responsibilities

For this position we’re looking for a Marketing-Minded Web Designer. This means you understand the goal of a website should be sales. You also understand that design decisions should be focused mainly around three things, pre-sales communication, lead conversion, and serving existing customers.
You will be working alongside a digital marketing manager, helping with daily marketing tasks and learning from them about the field of Digital Marketing. Daily work will be organizing incoming client requests, front-end web design, some Photoshop, updating Google analytics, managing related web technologies, emailing clients, and teaching clients how to update their websites.

Requirements

Essential Skills: Clear and Concise Communication, Copywriting, Modern Web Design, Popular CMS Platforms, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Google Analytics.
Detail-Oriented, Self Driven, Creative Problem Solver, Always Learning, and Teachable.

Preferred
