  • Brand Consistency: Ensure every project adheres to the client’s (or Ignitium’s) brand guidelines, communicates their value proposition clearly, and maintains visual coherence across touchpoints.
  • Collaborative Design Development: Partner closely with strategists, creatives, project maangers, and client stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into creative that performs.

  • Strategic Design Thinking: Participate in brainstorms and program kickoffs, ensuring creative concepts ladder up to campaign goals and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Comfortable writing custom code in landing page builders and CMS environments.
  • UI/UX Experience: Demonstrated experience applying UI/UX best practices — information hierarchy, accessibility, responsive interaction patterns, and conversion-focused layout.
  • Landing Page Craft: Genuine passion for designing and shipping landing pages that convert. Understands how design choices map to engagement and pipeline outcomes.
  • Responsive Design: Builds experiences that look and perform well across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • SEO/AEO Fundamentals: Working understanding of on-page SEO/AEO principles so designs and builds support search performance.

  • Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of WCAG and broader web accessibility best practices.
  • Creative Competence and Design Foundations: Demonstrable creativity, versatility, and originality. Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • AI Workflow Mindset: Genuine excitement about using AI tools to accelerate the creative and build process — and a desire to help define how the team uses them.
  • Tenacity: A finisher. Comfortable owning a deliverable end-to-end, pushing through ambiguity, and getting work over the line.
