Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain product pages within our content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy and consistency across sites.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with established content standards.
  • Develop knowledge of assigned product categories and industry terminology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and content initiatives.
  • Manage tasks and deadlines through project management tools and established workflows.
  • Research product information using internal systems and external resources.
  • Identify and help resolve content issues, inconsistencies, and data gaps.
  • Contribute to ongoing website enhancements and digital content projects.
  • Support efforts to improve the customer shopping experience across digital channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Relevant experience in digital content, ecommerce, merchandising, retail, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable following established processes while adapting to changing business needs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience working with a CMS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
