Role Description The VP of Strategic Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and optimizing POLOTNO’s operational and strategic initiatives across global 3D visualization projects. This role oversees end-to-end operations, including resource planning, workflow design, and performance management to ensure efficient delivery of animations, still images, and interactive solutions. The VP of Strategic Operations will develop and execute long-term strategic plans, align operational goals with company objectives, and manage P&L to support sustainable growth and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on business priorities, guiding project management practices, improving customer service processes, and identifying opportunities for new services or market segments. The role will also involve building and mentoring cross-functional teams, refining KPIs, and implementing tools and processes that enhance quality, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to design efficient workflows, oversee multiple concurrent visualization projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Proven experience in Strategic Planning and P&L Management to set long-term goals, manage budgets, analyze performance, and drive profitable growth.
• Demonstrated Customer Service and client relationship management skills to maintain high satisfaction, manage expectations, and support long-term partnerships with global clients.
• Experience leading distributed or remote teams, with the ability to establish clear processes, communication norms, and measurable performance standards.
• Background in creative, design, or visualization-driven environments (e.g., architectural visualization, real estate marketing, CGI, or related fields) is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience in a leadership role is a plus
