Responsibilities:
We are seeking an VP, AI Content Designer to join our Marketing and Digital Strategy team. This individual will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and creative technologies to develop compelling, consumer-focused digital content across multiple platforms.
- Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., text-to-video, image generation, motion graphics, voice synthesis) to produce scalable creative content
- Create AI-generated video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Design high-impact digital banner ads and performance-driven marketing assets
- Develop multimedia campaigns including video, animation, motion graphics, and interactive digital experiences
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and business teams to translate financial concepts into engaging, consumer-friendly content
- Optimize content for performance metrics including engagement, conversion, and brand awareness
- Stay current on emerging AI creative technologies and social media trends, recommending innovative applications
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements, particularly within financial services
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic self-starter with an in-depth knowledge of design principles and techniques.
- Prioritize, plan, and follow through on projects with attention to detail
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and competing deadlines.
- Microsoft Office – specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Knowledge of social media design features (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software is preferred.
- UI/UX experience is a plus.
- The use of a Mac system is a plus / calibrated display equipment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Design, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field preferred) with 5- 10 years relevant experience.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
