Requirements
- Significant agency experience leading large, complex integrated accounts
- Deep CPG experience
- Experience leading multi-brand portfolios and navigating complex client organizations
- Strong client counseling skills and executive presence
- Experience delivering integrated work across creative, digital, social, media, CRM and emerging channels
- Global marketing experience and comfort partnering with international stakeholders
- Strong financial stewardship, forecasting and P&L management experience
- A track record of developing talent and building collaborative, high-performing teams
- A growth mindset and ability to identify opportunities that create value for both clients and the agency
