Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all visual content aligns with the firm’s brand guidelines, tone and aesthetic.
  • Design graphics and layouts for social media, email templates, landing pages, web assets and brand collateral.
  • Service as a brand guardian, maintain consistency across internal and external platforms.
  • Evolve the brand system with cohesive design enhancements, templates and toolkits that adhere to published standards.
  • Design and produce persuasive presentations (storyboarding, master slides, data visualization, GIFs; copy provided).
  • Create marketing collateral including one-pagers, infographics, banners, social assets and print-ready files.
  • Prepare and maintain editable templates (slides, emails, graphic templates) and version control.
  • Produce internal communications and event collateral: flyers, signage, invitations, banners and branded items.
  • Iterate rapidly on feedback and deliver final assets with organized files and clear handoffs.
  • Assemble webpages in CMS or page-builder tools (layout, imagery – no hand coding, content provided)
  • Assemble marketing emails in email-builder tools (Layout, imagery – no hand-coding, content provided)
  • Support UX/UI design needs and digital touchpoints, including wireframes, visual prototypes and intuitive layouts.
  • Develop and maintain templates for firm-wide use (e.g., presentations, stationary), ensuring usability and branding accuracy.
  • Provide onboarding, coaching and/or documentation to non-design teams on how to use templates and submit project requests efficiently.
  • Help implement and manage project intake and workflow systems for marketing and design requests.
  • Partner with internal teams, such as Investments, Family Office Services, Compliance and Practice Management, to understand design needs and deliver solutions that align with departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8+ years of relevant design experience (mid‑level), preferably in corporate environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with high standards for design accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion and respect for confidential matters.
  • Required technical proficiency:
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong ability to convert and optimize visual assets for Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) while maintaining formatting and brand integrity.
  • Solid understanding of file formats, resolution best practices, print preparation and accessibility standards.

Preferred

  • Experience with UI/UX design and collaborative tools (Figma or VisMe)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Basic motion/GIF creation skills (After Effects, Premiere or simpler tools).
  • Experience using Canva for quick-turn templated content.
