Responsibilities

• Graphic design for firm collateral, including handouts/one-pagers, brochures, event materials, business development meeting collateral, online portfolio pages, digital/print advertisements, swag, email newsletters, social graphics, and more to support corporate marketing and business development efforts of the firm.
• Website updates and management, including helping write blog posts, designing blog and project pages
• Social media management, including content, designing graphics, posting, engagement and responding to messages; Utilization of social media planning and execution tools like Sprout Social
• Email marketing, including content, design and layout, ongoing execution; Utilization of email marketing platform tools like MailChimp
• Photography and videography oversight, including direct and oversee external photography and videography contractors; Execution of photo and video work is a plus if you have experience or desire to learn
• PR and media relations support, such as assisting with public relations release content, building press kits, and tracking publication opportunities.
• Ongoing management and support of marketing calendar and task list tools to support marketing team with execution of marketing, event, and corporate communications efforts
• Provide support to the Marketing and BD teams by coordinating and designing high-impact proposals and collateral, when needed:
• Support with editing, proofreading, and final writing for proposals in collaboration with team members
• Design proposals using Adobe InDesign.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of marketing and graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and strict brand consistency.
• Experience managing social media channels, websites, and email platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with or interest in utilizing Generative AI design and productivity tools (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill, Adobe Firefly, Google Gemini, etc) to accelerate concept brainstorming, content drafting, and asset resizing.

Preferred

• Experience with photography and/or video capture and editing is a plus.
• Experience with PR and media relations is a plus.
• Experience in the AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry is a plus.
