Responsibilities

• Coordinate Virtual Entry Level Assistant - Marketing work across campaigns, content, communications, channels, or audience activity for Lorygen Group.
• Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, approvals, status trackers, and supporting documentation for assigned work.
• Prepare, review, schedule, or publish role-appropriate materials while following brand and quality standards.
• Track performance metrics and prepare clear updates that connect activity with audience, campaign, or client outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Quality-check records, content, handoffs, and final deliverables before completing Virtual Entry Level Assistant - Marketing work at Lorygen Group.
