Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, film, and edit documentary-style patient journeys, procedures, educational videos, testimonials, and promotional content
  • Manage all stages of video production, including concept development, storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio, editing, color correction, and final delivery
  • Turn raw footage into polished long-form and short-form content
  • Create platform-specific videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other designated channels
  • Add captions, graphics, music, sound effects, transitions, and special effects as appropriate
  • Operate and maintain cameras, microphones, stabilizers, lighting, and other production equipment
  • Organize, label, archive, and maintain video and photography files
  • Comfortably complete shoots independently or coordinate additional production support when needed
  • Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts, Stories, Reels, short-form videos, and YouTube content

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional videography, video editing, content creation, or social media management experience preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video capture, editing, storytelling, and social media content
  • Proficiency with professional video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
  • Experience using various cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and stabilizers
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content
  • Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and content-management tools
  • Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
  • Comfortable filming medical procedures and working closely with patients throughout personal medical journeys
  • Compassionate, professional, and respectful when working with patients
  • Highly organized, dependable, creative, and able to work independently
