Drive brand growth through cinematic video production, working with the CEO and creative team to capture and edit ads, VSLs, and social content that influence audiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Film ads, VSLs, YouTube videos, vlogs, short-form content, and brand storytelling pieces
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage and documentary-style moments
  • Produce and edit both long-form and short-form content
  • Attend creative meetings to stay aligned on brand goals and content strategy
  • Coordinate filming schedules, shoots, and travel logistics when needed
  • Deliver clean edits with strong pacing, sound, and visual storytelling
  • Continuously improve filming style, storytelling, and editing quality
  • You’ll work closely with the CEO and creative team to capture moments that grow influence and drive real business results

Requirements

  • Cinematic Videography for Ads & Social: You must know how to capture content that drives brand growth. This includes shooting interviews, ads, VSLs, YouTube content, programs, and social media clips with strong framing, lighting, and audio.
  • Strategic Filming for Marketing: You should understand how content drives attention, retention, and conversions. This role is about scaling brands and building influence — not just making aesthetically pleasing videos.
  • Editing Skills: You must be able to produce fast, clean edits with strong pacing and storytelling. Basic color correction, audio balancing, and narrative structure are expected.
  • Ideal Candidate: - Studies top creators but pays attention to the videographers behind them - Comfortable working with lighting setups (softboxes, LEDs, etc.) - Understands pacing, storytelling, movement, and emotional impact - Obsessed with improving their craft and leveling up - Able to shoot and edit both long-form and short-form content - Adapts quickly, works independently, and moves like a creative athlete
