Responsibilities

• Shoot cinematic property videos (interior & exterior)
• Capture lifestyle footage that sells both the home and the city
• Film polished on-camera agent content
• Edit high-end listing videos, YouTube content, and short-form reels
• Assist with content publishing and basic optimization
• Track audience growth and engagement metrics
• Using professional camera equipment (mirrorless/DSLR, gimbal, drone preferred)
• Capturing smooth, well-composed footage with intentional movement
• Editing with strong pacing, music selection, and storytelling structure

Requirements

• Has a strong visual eye and attention to detail
• Wants portfolio-level work tied to premium real estate
• Is entrepreneurial and takes ownership
• Wants to grow with a long-term brand
• Is local to the Bay Area and able to commute to Pacifica regularly
