Responsibilities

• Shoot cinematic property videos (interior & exterior)
• Capture lifestyle footage that sells both the home and the city
• Film polished on-camera agent content
• Edit high-end listing videos, YouTube content, and short-form reels
• Assist with content publishing and basic optimization
• Track audience growth and engagement metrics

Requirements

• Proficiency with professional camera equipment (mirrorless/DSLR, gimbal, drone preferred)
• Ability to edit high-end listing videos, YouTube content, and short-form reels
• Comfort capturing lifestyle footage that sells both the home and the city
• Able to edit with strong pacing, music selection, and storytelling structure
• Located in the Bay Area and able to commute to Pacifica regularly
