Job Description

This job is for our Agency not our consulting conpany !!

We produce content for local businesses across the country. When we book a client, you are the person who shows up with the camera.

This is a road job. A normal week might be a shoot in Philadelphia on Monday, an overnight, a shoot in New York on Tuesday, and a flight to Las Vegas two days later.

The job

Travel to client locations and shoot.

Shoot long form YouTube content with multiple angles

Shoot short form: Instagram reels and TikTok, including on a phone when the phone is the right tool

Direct the shoot. Place the client, fix their hands, feed them lines, get them comfortable on camera

Keep the subject in frame and the background clean, every single time

Back up footage to two locations before you sleep

Who this is for

You are a social content creator with a videography background, in that order. You know what performs, not only what looks good

You can direct. If you cannot tell a nervous business owner where to stand and what to say, this is not the role

You love travel. The real version of it, not the idea of it

You shoot vertical natively. Your kit and your instincts are both built for it

You are reliable in unfamiliar cities. Call times, flights, rentals, hotels, and nothing gets lost

Gear

Preferred: mirrorless body, wireless lavalier mics, gimbal. It all has to handle vertical.

What this job is not

Not a studio job and not a desk job

Not a point and shoot job. The camera work here is simple. The directing is the job

Compensation

$22 to $35 per hour depending on experience and gear. Travel is covered on top: flights, hotels, ground transport, and per diem.
