Drive end-to-end branded video production for campaigns, product stories, and events as a Video Specialist.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, product stories, internal comms, and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop compelling concepts aligned with campaign goals.
  • Manage the full production workflow: scripting, storyboarding, logistics, post-production, and publishing.
  • Create dynamic 2D/3D motion graphics and animated assets to enhance storytelling.
  • Support livestreams and virtual events using platforms like Teams Live, Vimeo, Bizzabo, or OBS.
  • Maintain video equipment, lighting, audio, and asset libraries to ensure quality and organization.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Work with external vendors and freelancers when needed.
  • Explore new technologies (AI, VR, interactive video) and bring fresh ideas to elevate video output.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, framing, lighting, and audio principles
  • Experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and studio/on-location filming
  • Expertise in editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion
  • Skills in motion graphics and animation (a plus)
  • Basic graphic design capability (Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • Experience with livestream setups and digital asset management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and collaborate with global teams
  • Curiosity, continuous learning mindset, and openness to emerging video technologies and trends
  • Understanding of video performance metrics and how to optimize content for different platforms
  • Proactive, creative, and able to own the full production process; fast adaptation and polished output
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, seeks feedback, and aims high in every creation
