Position Overview

Zedcor is seeking a Video Review Specialist to analyze video footage, investigate incidents, and support job site evaluations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to accurately document and communicate findings. The Specialist will play a key role in supporting workplace safety, security, and operational excellence. This position requires strong computer proficiency, excellent typing skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct detailed reviews of video footage to identify, assess, and report on incidents.
  • Contact clients or branch managers to obtain information or to provide updates on investigations.
  • Perform job site video evaluations to ensure compliance with established safety, security, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports based on review findings.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and relevant departments to address identified issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Above-average computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy required)
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to stay focused during extended video review sessions
  • Availability for 12-hour shift on a 4 on / 4 off rotation

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong data entry and documentation skills
  • Comfortable in a desk-based, computer-intensive role
