Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute video production strategies
  • Create, implement and evolve production procedures as necessary
  • Oversee video shoots and production processes
  • Collaborate with client service and creative service departments
  • Edit and review video content
  • Efficiently and effectively manage and organize project data
  • Ensure technical quality and creative standards while ensuring all media projects are completed on time
  • Coordinate pre-production planning (scripting, storyboarding)
  • Plan and execute video productions by coordinating talent, props, schedules and more
  • Assist the director of video production with postproduction as needed

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional production experience, e.g., with a production company, corporate marketing department, or marketing/advertising agency
  • Knowledge of shooting and editing videos
  • Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects
  • Extensive knowledge of video production equipment, in addition to lighting, audio, frame composition and technical video settings (e.g. formats, codecs, frame rates, bit rates)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to travel for production; ability to work outside of regular office hours for special projects when needed
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
