Job Summary

Own the end-to-end video content machine for brand storytelling, driving production, post-production, and on-set direction to deliver on-brand media that supports marketing, product, and recruitment goals.

  • Content Production: Plan, shoot, and direct customer stories, promos, and internal videos to support brand objectives.
  • Post-Production Craft: Lead editing and finishing in Adobe Creative Suite or FCPX to ensure studio-grade quality.
  • Brand Execution: Collaborate with marketing to translate goals into compelling video campaigns across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop media (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other brand-wide projects.
  • Plan video shoots including scripting, shot lists, and locations.
  • Advanced experience with professional cameras, audio, and lighting.
  • Direct talent on shoots and step into director role when needed.
  • Post-production experience with Adobe Creative Suite or FCPX.
  • Must possess stellar written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and an aptitude for making quick, quality decisions.
  • Working in our in-house agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content that supports brand, marketing, and business objectives.
