Responsibilities

• This role is high-output and performance-aware: you’ll create stills + short-form video across multiple clients, keep everything on-brand, and help content translate into real outcomes (leads, calls, purchases — not just likes).
• Create 30% still content (graphics, carousels, infographics, static posts) using templates + brand systems
• Create 70% video content (15–60s Reels/TikTok/Shorts): hooks, captions, edits, exports
• Support daily production pace (up to 8 posts/day) across multiple clients
• Keep work original + compliant (copyright/trademarks per client)
• You’ll work from content calendars with clear priorities
• We iterate based on performance + feedback loops (not opinions)
• You’ll optimize per platform (format, captions, hashtags, trend adoption)
• You’ll keep assets organized so the next post is easier than the last
• On-brand visuals and voice every time
• No recycled/borrowed content that risks client trust
• Strong communication: clarity beats chaos
• Constant improvement: what worked last month isn’t automatically good enough today
