Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creatively edit video files and execute graphic layouts from either from storyboards, meetings, or edit sessions with the director to support brand and product initiatives, campaigns and sales promotions.
  • Color correction and sound design as needed
  • Ability to lead presentation meetings with articulate understanding and explanation of the strategy, identify needs, provide solutions and recommendations with cross-functional teams.
  • Archive file management of raw footage/layered working files to keep it organized and accessible to all other editors and department heads.
  • Develop an understanding of all processes, brand standards, and products.

Requirements

  • Must have 4-year degree in film or focus on video editing.
  • Must be proficient editing with Adobe Premiere, experience with video compression and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of the workflow of video production on set as well as on/off line editing.
  • Must have good communication skills, take initiative and be self-motivated.

Preferred

  • Aftereffects a plus but not mandatory.
