Own end-to-end video storytelling from case studies to final delivery, blending on-location shoots with hybrid shooter-editor work, color grading in Resolve, and brand-aligned production workflows.

Content Creation & Production: direct interviews, demos, and case studies into story-driven videos.
Post-Production & Color: manage assembly, pacing, sound, color correction, and cinematic grading in DaVinci Resolve.
Collaboration & Quality: partner with marketing leadership on direction, maintain brand standards, and meet deadlines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit customer case studies, interviews, and product demos into compelling, story-driven films
Manage all aspects of post-production, including assembly, story structure, pacing, sound design, and color correction
Conduct on-location and studio shoots as needed, serving as a hybrid shooter-editor
Perform color grading to achieve cinematic, clean visuals using DaVinci Resolve
Collaborate with marketing leadership on creative direction and bring innovative ideas to content projects
Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and high-quality expectations
Maintain an organized workflow and adhere to project deadlines
Continuously seek opportunities to improve storytelling techniques and technical skills

Requirements

Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing large, high-quality video projects
Expertise in editing long-form and narrative content
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with a willingness to work primarily in DaVinci Resolve for color grading and collaboration
Ability to independently manage projects from raw footage to final delivery
Experience shooting on location and in studio environments
Strong instincts for pacing, storytelling, and audio editing
Knowledge of color grading techniques, particularly in DaVinci Resolve
Comfortable working as both a shooter and an editor
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
