Responsibilities

• Edit high-end real estate property videos, client brand videos, and priority projects using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Create engaging internal content, social media videos, and special projects aligned with marketing strategies
• Perform advanced color grading to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency
• Execute professional audio mixing, including music, voiceovers, and ambient sounds to create immersive experiences
• Select and incorporate suitable music tracks to elevate emotional impact and tone
• Utilize After Effects or Fusion to add motion graphics, titles, and visual enhancements
• Deliver videos in multiple formats and styles, such as cinematic, social-friendly, vertical reels, and agent branding content
• Organize and manage raw footage and project files for efficient workflow and archiving
• Collaborate with videographers and internal teams to ensure creative alignment and timely delivery
• Maintain quality standards and ensure all exports meet platform specifications
• Stay updated on the latest trends in real estate marketing and social video formats

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in real estate or media production
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, including color grading expertise
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and visual effects
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and emotional tone in video content
• Exceptional music selection and synchronization skills
• Advanced color grading skills for interior and exterior footage in various lighting conditions
• Strong audio mixing capabilities, including sound design and leveling
• Exceptional file organization and media management practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
