- Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X
- Create engaging finance and recruiting-focused video content using captions, hooks, transitions, B-roll, and sound design
- Turn podcasts, interviews, recruiting advice, and finance concepts into social-first content
- Collaborate with the IBFlash team on viral content ideas and social media growth initiatives
- Help improve content retention, engagement, and overall media quality
- Stay current on editing trends, formats, and social media best practices
