We're looking for a Video Editor who brings both craft and instinct to every format. Someone who can move between a polished long-form piece and a platform-native short-form edit without losing quality or intention either way.

What You'll Do

• Edit both long-form and short-form content across our portfolio of brands and ventures
• Bring a strong editorial eye to hooks, pacing, transitions, narrative structure, and sound design
• Collaborate with our creative team on storytelling angles, concepts, and execution
• Shape raw footage into compelling, high-quality content - from full-length productions to platform-ready cuts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
• Maintain a consistently high creative bar across every deliverable, regardless of format

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio that demonstrates real range: long-form storytelling and short-form execution, both done with purpose
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• The ability to work from raw footage and own the edit from start to finish
• Strong instincts around pacing, visual storytelling, and audience retention
• Speed, reliability, and a clear creative point of view
• Experience with premium brands, entertainment content, or creator-led campaigns is a plus
